Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will also be charged but the student issued with a make up credit. This can be spent on any available lesson slot before the end of the school term including roughly 3 Saturdays per term and at least one day at the end of term.
Terms are from the Christmas holidays to the Easter holidays, Easter to summer and summer to Christmas.
Make up credits are limited to two per student and expire at the end of the term they are issued.
Lessons cancelled by me will of course not be charged.
Booking lessons from January 2024 onwards will be taken as acceptance of this policy.
